Account information: name, email address, phone number, and password (or Google sign-in credentials).

Company information: company name, address, ISED company number, and contact details you provide for your company profile.

Order and service information: products, certification numbers, and documents associated with your orders.

Usage information: basic activity on the Portal needed to operate your account, such as sign-in and order history.

We use your information to operate your account, generate compliance documents, process orders, verify your email address, communicate with you about your account and orders, and send optional expiration reminders you opt into. We do not use your information for purposes unrelated to providing the Services.

We send transactional emails such as email verification codes, order and document notifications, and (if enabled) service expiration reminders. Outbound emails are rate-limited and, if necessary, briefly queued to prevent abuse; this does not affect the content or eventual delivery of your emails.

We do not sell your personal information. We may share information with regulatory bodies such as ISED where necessary to provide the Services, with service providers who help us operate the Portal (such as email and hosting providers) under confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.

You can delete your account at any time from your profile. Deleting your account removes it and frees your email address for reuse; a full archived copy is kept so the account can be recovered later if you or an administrator request it, and so business records like orders and invoices remain available. Archived data is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including password hashing and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You can review and update your account and company information at any time from your profile page. You can request that we verify or correct your information, and you can delete your account as described above. Contact us if you need help exercising these rights.

The Portal uses a small amount of browser storage to keep you signed in, remember your language preference (English, Simplified Chinese, or Traditional Chinese), and remember your light/dark theme preference. These are used only to operate the Portal, not for advertising or third-party tracking.

The Portal is intended for business use and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Portal after changes take effect means you accept the updated Policy.
