Terms and Conditions

By registering for an account, submitting an order, or otherwise using the Portal, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Portal.

TianHeng Consulting provides ISED Canadian Representative Service and related regulatory compliance services for manufacturers and importers of radio and telecommunications equipment. Additional service categories may be added to the Portal over time. Availability, pricing, and the scope of each service tier are described on the Portal at the time of order.

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering, including your contact and company details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. We may require email verification before certain actions are available.

All prices on the Portal are quoted in United States dollars (USD) unless stated otherwise. Placing an order through the Portal is a request for service; it is not a final purchase until confirmed and, where applicable, paid for. Payment terms, invoicing, and accepted payment methods will be communicated to you directly as part of order processing.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the company, product, and certification information you submit, including ISED company numbers and certification numbers. TianHeng Consulting relies on the information you provide to prepare documents and does not independently verify every detail beyond checks against the public ISED registry where applicable.

Documents generated for you through the Portal (such as representative service agreements, letters of attestation, and invoices) are provided for your use in connection with the Services. TianHeng Consulting retains all rights to its templates, software, and the Portal itself. You may not resell, redistribute, or use the Portal to provide competing services to third parties without our written consent.

We aim to keep the Portal available and our document generation accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that any regulatory filing or application will be approved by ISED or any other authority. Some information displayed on the Portal (such as ISED registry lookups) comes from third-party sources we do not control and cannot guarantee is complete or current.

To the extent permitted by law, TianHeng Consulting is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Portal or the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

You may delete your account at any time from your profile page, or ask an administrator to do so. Deleting an account frees your email address for reuse and archives your account record so it can be recovered later if needed, as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Portal after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
